How to purchase our products?

If you like our products and are interested to buy then please send an email to us mentioning the product code. We will check the availability of the product that you wish to purchase and will get back to you by email.

How to make payment to us?

We do not accept payments through credit cards or pay pal or cash or such other methods. We will provide you with the details of our bank account and the full payment has to be sent. All bank charges are to be borne by you. Once we receive the full payment, we will send the product to you within 14 working days.

Are there any shipping charges?

  • We charge Rs. 1,000.00 per item shipping charges for shipments within India. For multiple purchases we will inform you the shipping charges by email.
  • We charge Rs. 3,000.00 or USD$60.00 or EURO € 50.00 or GBP £ 40.00 per item shipping charges outside India, depending upon which currency you are making your purchases. In case of multiple purchases we will inform you the shipping charges by email.

Who pays for the taxes / import duty / VAT / GST or any applicable taxes?

Our prices are inclusive of all taxes for sales in India only. Incase of any shipment outside India we will pay all applicable taxes in India and any applicable taxes and or duty outside India including any import duty or VAT or GST or any other applicable taxes to be paid by the customer asapplicable in their respective country.

Formalities of Importing our products?

We strongly recommend that the customer checks the formalities / procedures and is aware of the paperwork and duty etc required in their own respective country to clear our shipment. We are not responsible for clearance of the shipment in the buyers country. We will only take responsibility of clearance from India for the shipment to be exported and all responsibility for the import lies with the customer.

How long will it take for the shipment to be dispatched?

Once we receive the full payment, we will send the product to you within 14 working days.

Tracking number of the shipment?

Once the product has been dispatched we will notify you by email providing you the details of the shipment so that you can track your shipment at any time.

Any replacement policy?

Sorry we don't have any replacement policy. If you have been sent delivery of the wrong product and not the product that you had ordered then we will replace the product with the correct product.
